Nicholas Nixon: Life Work

Life Works offers an overview of photographer Nicholas Nixon‘s career. His black-and-white pictures document all the constant aspects of human existence, such as life and death, love and loss, stasis and change, functioning as precise records of their times. Besides the image taken during the 70s and 80s around New York, Boston and Cambridge, iconic portraits are exhibited as well, such the series representing aged and sick or AIDS patients or his iconic series of portraits of the four women, photographed regularly over the years.
