The exhibition brings together winning entries from a biennial competition that celebrates the work of talented graphic designers from across the Arab world. This year, Warehouse421 will highlight one winning poster by showcasing a billboard-sized print on the front facade. Over than 2100 posters from 36 countries highlight the growing community, reach and influences of the Arabic visual culture today. The posters are divided into three categories: for commissioned work for the commercial, social or cultural sector; for self-initiated posters for experimental purposes and not commissioned by an organization or necessarily published; designed for academic purposes under academic supervision in design schools.
