Saule Suleimenova: Plastic.The Last Hero of the Great Steppe

The exhibition at Andakulova Gallery in Dubai features works by Saule Suleimenova, a visual artist working across different techniques such as painting on photography, wax on paper, and, over the last five years, plastic bag collages. 

Through her artistic research, the artist addresses relevant topics in Kazakh society, where she holds a strong influence, taking part in educational, ecological, and other relevant events. Plastic, in her works, references the trash covering or polluting almost entirely Kazakh steppe and cities.
