Aquellos Mundos

Galleria Hilario Galguera is pleased to present Aquellos Mundos, a dual exhibition with artists James Brown and Leo Marz. The show brings together more than eighty paintings and a tapestry.

Aquellos Mundos raises the question of the purity of expression in abstraction, specifically in painting. The exhibition, curated by Hilario Galguera, is designed to extend the dialogue of colour, form and line to the viewer. In this way, he intends to discuss the commensurability of critical analysis and the appreciation of abstraction in art.

The exhibition is composed of works by two artists from different origins and different generations, yet who are currently living and working on the subject of abstraction in Mexico.
