Rising Above

The University Museum and Art Gallery (UMAG) featuring the Faculty of Arts of the University of Hong Kong (HKU) and the prestigious collaboration of The Kinsey African American Art and History Collection, announce the exhibition “Rising Above – The Kinsey African American Art And History Collection” from December 9, 2016 to February 26, 2017.

The exhibition displays more than 120 items including paintings and sculptures, first edition of manuscripts, letters and official records that prove the courage of African Americans against all the hard things they went trough.
