Robert Rauschenberg at Pace Gallery HK

Pace Hong Kong presents the first solo exhibition of Robert Rauschenberg in Hong Kong.

In 2015, Pace began representing the Robert Rauschenberg estate, and presented “Anagrams, Arcadian Retreats, Anagrams (A Pun)”, an exhibition of the artist’s late work.

One of the most important contemporary artists of the twentieth century, Robert Rauschenberg’s nearly sixty year career was marked by the fusion of painting, installation, photography, printmaking and performance art to create the distinctive style known as “combine painting.” His creations were constantly changing and innovative.
