Basel Abbas & Ruanne Abou-Rahme: And yet my mask is powerful

The artists are presenting their most recent installation “And yet my mask is powerful“, 2016, at Alt Art Space. The work deals with relationship between mythology, ecology and the resistance to colonial time. The show consists of a five-channel video installation which engages the visitor into an immersive experience. The content is a visceral journey to the wrecks of former Palestinian towns and villages. The show continues with a new sound work and an expanded collection of materials.
