Marzia Migliora: Paroxes of Plenty

The Drawing Hall, a space dedicated to exploring contemporary drawing, reopens on 4 October with “Paroxes of Plenty”, a solo exhibition by Marzia Migliora curated by Alberto Fiz, on view until 17 November 2024.

At the core of the exhibition, as is customary for this venue just outside the city of Bergamo, drawing emerges as a fundamental tool for exploring contemporary visual arts.

The works selected for this project engage visitors in a multisensory experience, stimulating touch, hearing, and, of course, sight, revealing the many ways in which the artist employs drawing techniques. The focal point of the exhibition is “The Spectre of Malthus” (2020), a virtual reality video installation presented at The Drawing Hall in a new, site-specific setup.
