The Beauty of Early Life. Traces of Early Life

ZKM presents an exhibition that explores the origin of life. “The Beauty of Early Life” tries to trace back how did life first got started, looking at the past to develop a better understanding of why biodiversity is so relevant in today’s world.

The exhibition reflects upon the interspecies relations and the role of humanity in the Anthropocene since there are scientific predictions that more than one-third of all living species are threatened with extinction because of the effects of human activity. “The Beauty of Early Life” is an invitation to preserve the diversity of life on the planet and live a more conscious existence.
