The exhibition unveils how activism played a key role in Haring’s art. Through over 85 artworks including large, vibrant paintings and drawings, the show testifies how Haring’s art responded and still responds to urgent issues including political dictatorship, racism, homophobia, drug addiction, AIDS awareness, capitalism and the environment.
