Gallery 31: Create, Capture, Organise, Pluralise

The collective exhibition opens the third season of Gallery 31, the permanent exhibition space of Somerset House Studios, with works by Josiane M.H. Pozi, Majed Aslam, Ilona Sagar, Col Self, Farvash and vvxxii (Sp0re). “Create, Capture, Organise, Pluralise” collects videos, sculptures, sound and printed pieces investigating the idea of the body as an archive, intended as a constant process during which memories and stories are preserved, passed on, reinterpreted and adapted. The works on view all express different narrations around the body.
