How We Live Now: Reimagining Spaces with Matrix Feminist Design Co-operative
A multi-layered project investigating architectures and public spaces
Barbican Centre, Silk St, Barbican, London EC2Y 8DS, UK
The exhibition at Barbican Centre encompasses an installation, a publication and an events’ programme investigating the functions and perception of buildings and public spaces. The project addresses questions related to the communities inhabiting them, through a never before seen archive of work by the radical 1980s feminist architecture co-operative Matrix, including rare films, drawings, photos and models.
