Ivor Cutler: Good morning! How are you? Shut up!

The exhibition is dedicated to Ivor Cutler (1923–2006), Scottish poet, songwriter and humorist, whose work consisted in absurd songs and poems, surreal performances and illustrated publications. The show draws from from his archives to present original musical scores, lyrics, sketches, artworks, letters, press cuttings, and posters, gathered to celebrate his life and work, many of which have never been previously exhibited. Thanks to his extravagant music, he became very popular across different generations and wrote also several books dedicated both to adults and children.
