The gallery Modern Art hosts a solo exhibition by the American artist Michael E. Smith, in its spaces of Vyner Street, London.
The show features new series of sculptural pieces, assembled with the most diverse objects, as usual in Smith’s practice: he often combines found items, leftovers or disuse articles, sometimes even animals’ bones.
The results are lyrical pieces referring at the same time concrete political or social issues of present days, such as ecological crisis, capitalism, waste, death, violence and injustice.
