Ektor Garcia: Kriziz

kurimanzutto presents “Kriziz”, a solo exhibition of Ektor Garcia. In his works is always clear an interest in queer culture and arts and crafts traditions with strong roots in Mexico; as sculptor he creates elaborated pieces where is hard understand his works where things end or begin.
Garcia’s environments feature artifacts fashioned from an amalgam of techniques including leather making, ceramics, sewing, welding, embroidery, and collecting.
