This exhibition examines Julieta Aranda’s production over recent decades through the lens of her collaboration with time, understood not only as a subject of investigation but as an autonomous and active interlocutor. Combining various disciplines and media into systemic sculptures, Aranda navigates the diverse fields of our interaction with time—personal, biological, scientific, geopolitical, economic, philosophical, literary, and more—to recognise the poetic events where time eludes the millennia-old efforts of the Western anthropological machine to domesticate it and turn it into a tool of planetary domination.
