La fiesta fue ayer (y nadie recuerda nada)

Archivo Diseño y Arquitectura presents “La fiesta fue ayer (y nadie recuerda nada)”, a proposal by renowned Mexican artist Mario García Torres. As part of a series focusing on archives of modern Mexican architects, García Torres examines and reimagines the Museo Dinámico, a project devised in the sixties by architect Manuel Larrosa that consisted in enabling pre-inhabited houses he designed as temporary exhibition and performance spaces for artists who were ostracized from traditional art institutions. The show revisits work by avant-garde icons of the era like Alejandro Jodorowsky, Juan José Gurrola and Manuel Felguérez.
