Martin Eder: Life is Dream

Hilario Galguera Gallery presents Martin Eder’s first solo show in México, “La vida es sueño” [Life is dream], made by his most recent production made specially for the gallery, exploring the relation between dream, reality and all the states of consciousness in between. The subjects on Eder’s paintings – still lives and portraits made with a classic technique – draw us back to other moments in the history of art, but the artist adds a touch of mysticism and delirium.
