Carol Jazzar: Ode to Nature (part I)

“Ode to Nature (part I)” is a series of 100 photographs depicting Florida’s landscape, with a focus on the details of the local luscious trees, plants and flowers. Most of these photographs were shot by Carol Jazzar in her neighborhood, El Portal and Miami Shores. The complete series will comprise 1,000 photographs.
Founded in 1989, Miami Light Project is a not-for-profit cultural organization which presents love performances by innovative dance, music and theater artists from around the world; supports the development of new work by South Florida-based artists; and offers educational programs for students of every age.
