Atelier Van Lieshout: Renegade

The exhibition “RENEGADE” presents the new group of works by the art and design reality Atelier Van Lieshout, pursuing the aim of its namesake founder to challenge the logic of contemporary art market. “RENEGADE” consists of an arrangement of differently sized lamps assembled and produced from found objects and simple materials. In this way, Atelier Van Lieshout challenges the market by giving it what it wants, that is taking an artwork and turning it into design by adding a simple lampshade.
