Christian Manuel Zanon: Mantra Milano

Marselleria presents “Mantra Milano”, exhibition by Christian Manuel Zanon.

“Mantra Milano” is the title that Zanon picked as emblem and statement of his work. Time and its circularity, the idea of an endless repetition are central aspects in his interventions on words and writing, installations, or drawings.

On display, two installations that relate to the idea of interaction from two different points of view: the words of “Mantra Milano” (2014), are taken from Tesi by Vincenzo Agnetti, a book published by Prearo in 1972, and from “Stella, una passeggiata” (2015). The exhibition is completed by “Promesso a te” (2015), a drawing that originates a postmark, tool to travel across the world and metaphor of the relation  between sender and addressee.
