The exhibition “Claude Monet: Opere dal Musée Marmottan Monet di Parigi” at Palazzo Reale, Milan, explores the entire artistic parable of the Impressionist painter through 53 works, including his “Water Lilies” (1916-1919), “The Parliament. Reflections on the Thames” (1905) and “Le roses” (1925-1926). Divided into seven sections, the exhibition highlights key moments in the artist’s production and the Impressionist movement analyzing the theme of reflection of light and its changes throughout Monet’s career, from his very first works to the most recent ones.
