Emilio Prini

The solo exhibition dedicated by Osart Gallery, Milan, to Emilio Prini illustrates some of the key topics in the artist’s poetic, through a selection of works of the period between 1967 and 1996. Prini is considered one of the most important representatives of the Arte Povera movement and the pieces on view are selected from some important series of his such as “Formula per tipi standard non standard” (1967),”Senza titolo” 1968-1971, “Governo (non standard) – Due linee che si uniscono in basso” 1986, “X Edizioni” (1986) and “Fogli per un taccuino di legno” (1997), besides two Self-portraits (1976 ca.) and a series of works on paper.
