Helmut Newton and Man Ray: A Feast for Friends

The exhibition includes 20 selected works, never exhibited before, on loan from a private collection, by two of the greatest masters of photography of the 20th century, Helmut Newton and Man Ray. While the first is present with a series of photographies from 1975 to 1997 characterised by his provocative signature style, the second portrays some iconic figures of the past century: Meret Oppenheim, artist and muse of surrealism, Lee Miller, American war reporter, journalist and model of American Vogue, Kiki de Montparnasse, the Marchesa Luisa Casati, Pablo Picasso and Gabrielle Chanel, among the others.
