Invito. Presentation of ACACIA Prize 2017

For the second year, Museo del Novecento presents the work by the artist winner of XIV Edition of Acacia Prize. This year’s exhibition is presenting Italian artist Rossella Biscotti. The work, acquired by ACACIA (Associazione Amici Arte Contemporanea Italiana), will enter the museum collections, reinforcing its privileged relation with ACACIA and enriching the important donation of of the Foundation’s collection in 2014.

ACACIA was founded in 2003 by Gemma De Angelis Testa with the mission of supporting contemporary art, encouraging the establishment of contemporary art spaces in Milan and building a collection of young Italian artists, which was donated to the Museo Novecento in 2015, where it is exposed.
