Circolo UltraFiorucci presents “Lost and Found”: Most Sensational Collection and Greatest Art in Town.
Featuring works by Guendalina Cerruti, Sara Di Lauro, Motelcecil, Lorenzo Silvestri, and Valentina De Zanche.
From sugar bags and UFO memorabilia to soap bars and teapots, these collections form a Poem of Things, where objects communicate in their own mysterious language and reveal their unique qualities. Together, they serve as speculative vehicles that intertwine dreams and narratives, highlighting each other’s significance and value.
“Lost and Found” aligns with Circolo UltraFiorucci’s mission as a space where fashion, culture, and creativity converge—not merely to follow trends, but to explore what makes them enduring, meaningful, and expressive. Curated by The Community and Milliony Arlekina, the exhibition encourages visitors to reconsider how value is assigned, focusing on intimacy, curiosity, and the personal stories connected to collected objects.
Alongside these collections, the artists’ works engage in dialogue, challenging conventional interpretations of value, fondness, and everyday objects. Through playful mimicry and material experimentation, the artworks interact with the exhibited items, amplifying their presence and revealing creative potential often overlooked by the broader art and design establishment.
“Lost and Found” brings together a group of young, multidisciplinary artists with diverse perspectives. Their varied approaches offer thoughtful reflections on the connection between seemingly insignificant objects and moments of unexpected enchantment.
