The solo exhibition gathers works created over a fifty-year period by the artist Maurizio Mochetti (Rome, 1940). Among the most interesting conceptual artists, Mochetti mixed theory and practice overcoming conventional static pictorial space. He preferred a more dynamic approach, beyond the symbolic meaning of matter. Also interested in the relationship between science and art, he used to experiment through sophisticated technical tools to investigate space and materials. On view in Milan works such as “Travasi di luce” (“Transferral of Light”, 1970), “Rimbalzi all’interno di una sfera” (Rebounding within a Sphere”, 1989), some of the “Camouflages”, and more.
