Simon Fujiwara: Who the Bær

Artist Simon Fujiwara conceived a new site-specific project for the ground floor of the Podium of Fondazione Prada: a big labyrinth unveils the universe of an imaginary cartoon character created by Fujiwara. That is “Who the Bær”, a bear without manifest features, with no defined personality, instincts, history, or gender identity, inhabiting a universe imagined by the artist made of other images and built of cardboard, recyclable materials, and handcrafted elements.
