Valerio Nicolai: Amarena

The contemporary art gallery Clima, based in Milan, hosts the solo show of Valerio Nicolai, titled “Amarena” (“Black Cherry”). Born in Gorizia, Italy, in 1988, Nicolai currently lives and works in Turin. His has recently exhibited individually at smART, Rome (“Prospettiva di una matrioska”, 2017); Clima, Milan (“Processo a porcospino”, 2017); Treti Galaxy, Turin (“Trasformazione permanente di un mago in formica”, 2016). He has participated in group shows at Monitor, Rome; FuturDome, Milan; A plus A Gallery, Venice; Clima, Milan; and Palazzo Cavour, Turin, among many others locations.
“Amarena” is his second solo show with the gallery.
