Zero…, Via C. Boncompagni 44, Milan, Italy
The contemporary art gallery Zero, based in Milan, hosts the exhibition dedicated to the Italian artist Vincenzo Agnetti (1926-1981), titled “Il suonatore di fiori” (“The Flower Player”). After his graduation at Brera academy in Milan, he enrolled at the Piccolo Teatro school in the same city. Artist, essayist and critic, Agnetti was one of the main representatives of Italian conceptual art; during the 60s, he collaborated with artists like Piero Manzoni and Enrico Castellani to the activities of Galleria Azimuth, in Milan, and the linked magazine. He was included in several solo and group shows and participated to many art biennials, like the Venice Art Biennale, Documenta 5, in Kassel (1972) and the Bienal de São Paulo (1973).
