Philippe Pasqua: Borderline

Oceanographic Museum of Monaco, Avenue Saint-Martin

The new works created by the artist are in dialogue with the collection of the museum on the occasion of an outstanding solo show. Taking inspiration from the architecture and aware of the environmental commitment of the Oceanographic Museum, the artist reflects the sincere and multi-faceted personality of the location. To occupy the entire space, the artist is staging twelve monumental creations, including seven unseen works,

“Pasqua questions, raises concerns and unsettles his audience, but never leaves unmoved. His work provides the ideal trigger for raising awareness in favour of marine and terrestrial life”, explains Robert Calcagno, director of the Oceanographic Museum.
