Casino Palermo

Viasaterna presents CASINO PALERMO a special project of exhibitions, events and residences, conceived and curated by the gallery in the dimension of an ongoing atelier in Palermo.

The program includes a calendar that will involve 8 Italian and international artists, called to experience the city within a highly evocative context in which to live, explore and literally re-animate the spaces of an ancient and fascinating palace located in the heart of the historic district of Kalsa, in Via Alloro 129.

CASINO PALERMO is conceived as a shared and participatory moment, a hybrid and constantly evolving experience, halfway between the residence and the exhibition space, able to leave a lasting trace once it is finished. Open seven days a week, it will respect given opening and closing times, but with the objective of being always inclusive and with an intercom to ring whenever the door should be closed.
