Marinella Senatore: Palermo Procession

For Manifesta 12 Palermo, the artist presents “Palermo Procession”, an urban performance and multimedia installation. For “Palermo Procession” the community is involved in its entirety, from amateurs to professionals. The project focuses on the idea of narration as an experience that can be explored through non-hierarchical learning, self-training and the creation of an active citizenship also through dance and the process parade.
