Ashley Hans Scheirl: Petrol M*other Paris

In "Petrol M*other", Ashley Hans Scheirl explores individual identity within a world shaped by technology, capitalism and artificial intelligence. The exhibition brings together new works combining printed and overpainted technical drawings with imagery drawn from oil extraction, industrial machinery and financial markets. These references to resource extraction and the circulation of capital are interwoven with themes of sexuality, gender and reproduction, creating complex works that question how identity and meaning are constructed.
