Chen Zhen: Double Exil

The exhibition ‘Double Exil’ accompanies visitors through the great themes that interested the artist throughout his life, in particular the relationship between man, consumer society and nature, and the dialogue between body and soul, between individual and the universe. Twenty-three years after Chen Zhen’s death, the questions posed by the artist appear more central than ever to understanding and interrogating the complexities of the contemporary era.
