Christian Fogarolli: Il colpo d’aria

The exhibition revolves around a new project by Christian Fogarolli, “Il Corpo d’aria” (The Body of Air), exploring the topic of the dialectic between body and soul. The works on view recall an aseptic space of investigation, including photographic images from archives of medical institutions, found objects such as instruments, artificial lights, and chemical liquids. Fogarolly reflects on the contemporary paradoxical relationship between symptoms and cure that sometimes cause development and technical reasons to be themselves part of the problem.
