Elias Loudiyi

Born in Paris in 2001, Elias Loudiyi is a visual artist and graduate of the École Nationale Supérieure des Beaux-Arts de Paris. His practice explores the fragility of familial memory and the gradual fading of recollection over time. In response to this process of disappearance, his paintings seek to capture the disorder of the world through a raw interplay between the spontaneity of paint and the precision of charcoal.

Expansive and instinctive, his works translate a vital, living energy into a state of suspended equilibrium, transforming the disorder of existence into a poetic and vibrant trace.
