Exposition Générale de la Collection

“Exposition Générale” traces forty years of contemporary art at the Fondation Cartier, drawing on a collection shaped over the course of its programming. By reactivating the architectural heritage of the Fondation Cartier’s new building and its openness to the city, it sketches an alternative encyclopaedia of contemporary art and introduces, through its new display, a renewed approach to exhibition-making.
