Fayçal Baghriche: Night Of The Doubt

Jérôme Poggi presents the first Parisian solo show of Fayçal Baghriche. In the muslim calendar, the “Night Of The Doubt” corresponds to the observation of a thin moon crescent in the night sky, which announces the end of a lunar month and the beginning of a new one. Although astronomical calculations can determine this event with extreme precision, it can only be validated by direct visual observation.

The exhibition will present new works exploring our relationship to artefacts and their facsimiles. Born in Algeria Fayçal Baghriche lives and works in Paris.
