Julien Tiberi
Not only designer but also a sculptor and musician Julien Tiberi is carried by the desire to reveal underlying forms through continuity and dissonance of his works. This exhibition attempts to emancipate themselves from the flat surface to give more relief or physicality of the same design, taking as a premise that the pencil stroke is only the outline of a partial view of a whole, between tangible and ineffable. Thus, tickling the curiosity of visitors, a large stained concrete sculpture is a set of characters that together, looked at the ground, scan attentively in the same direction. By imitation, we turn around and take this statue aware that something is indeed hidden, that this is the small portion of universe unsuspected. Strongly influenced by quantum entanglement, recent works by Julien Tiberi refer to each other by both forms by the problems they seem to develop, as an attempt to capture the scattered elements of the creative process.
