Leonardo Devito: Fast asleep in a room somewhere

On the occasion of the opening of Ciaccia Levi’s new nomadic space in Paris, Leonardo Devito presents "Fast asleep in a room somewhere". Devito’s creative process draws inspiration from Renaissance elements, reinterpreted through an underground and experimental lens. The artist often foregrounds childhood in his paintings as a means of thematic purification, developing a personal visual language that resists the constraints of formal research. Devito also explores three-dimensionality through bas-relief, negotiating the space between two and three dimensions.
