Maison Francis Kurkdjian – Paris
The exhibition celebrates the rich olfactory world of Francis Kurkdjian and highlights his unique approach, which liberates fragrance from its bottle and opens it to new forms and destinations. From the outset, Kurkdjian aimed to expand the art of fragrance creation to new dimensions. Fragrance in every shape and form—including the most unexpected—serves as the exhibition’s unifying thread. Visitors are invited to embark on extraordinary olfactory experiences, rethinking the role of perfume in how we perceive, interpret, and engage with art and the world. Each creation, installation, and video offers the discovery of a different scent: perfumes become sculptures of the invisible, full-fledged works of art whose essence can be drawn into the lungs.
