Is it really possible to transform simple objects into works of art? How can egg boxes, a saucepan, or even pebbles find their place in a gallery? And above all: can anyone do it? When we say, “Even my child could do that”, are we truly convinced? “Objets trouvés” emerged precisely from these questions, inviting us to reflect on the boundary between art and object, on the value of the gesture, and on the intention that transforms the everyday into artistic expression. “Objets trouvés” offers young audiences the chance to reflect on what it has meant, for just over a century now, to make art and to be an artist – and on the infinite creative possibilities hidden within every object.
