Per Kirkeby: Blackboards and Brick Works

The exhibition gathers together seven blackboard paintings and two historical brick sculptures from the 70’s by the artist. In addition Cahiers d’Art is producing a new series of aquatint and drypoint prints.

Mostly influenced y his studies in geology, Per Kirkeby (born in 1938, Denmark) is a painter, sculptor, architect, film director and the author of over fifty books. He lives and works in Copenhagen and Laeso, Denmark.
