Street Sans Frontières, 18 May 2018 — 20 May 2018

Street Sans Frontières

Espace des Arts Sans Frontières, 44 Rue Bouret

The 2018 edition of Street Sans Frontières will be held on May 18-19-20 in Paris with some of the most interesting street photographers in the world. The exhibition is focused not only on classic street photography, but it aims to give a wider view of what happens in the streets around us and explores the relationship between humans and their environment.

Curated by Martin Vegas, the exhibition will showcase the best of contemporary street and documentary photography. From amateurs to established artists, these photographers are able to capture stories in different forms and deliver them to us, through the outstanding and inspiring images we are proud to share.

Among 80 authors from 5 continents, the French renowned photographer Eric Lafforgue will show his personal essay from the streets of Pyongyang, banned by the North Korean regime and the Paris-based photojournalist Hugo Aymar will reveal some of his glances on the Parisian 19° Arrondissement, awarded as 1st Prize at Miami Street Photography Festival.
Sometimes the city is a jungle and Cedric Roux offers a ticket for an urban safari with his new series Urban Jungle, while Melissa Breyer and her work True Story blend the urban environment with human presence in a way that often appears supernatural.

As part of the exhibit, the international group of photographers The Street Collective will also lead a special workshop conceived for Paris.
