The exhibition presents multimedia works by 15 artists. The starting point is the multifaceted and wonderful imaginary world of water through the prism of the visual arts.
The CulturFoundry association will present ‘‘the dream of the diving suit’’, an exhibition curated by Elora Weill-Engerer, a guest curator, that will feature and juxtapose multimedia works by 15 arists. The starting point to ‘‘the dream of the diving suit’’ is the mutifaceted and wonderful imaginary world of water through the prism of visual arts. Several side events will be organised: mediation, performances and talks that further explore the displayed water-related visual artworks to enrich the visiting experience.
In her performance entitled ‘‘Acquaviva’’, Esmeralda Da Costa offers an immersive sound experience that will make visitors feel the waves and the ferocious power of water. Esmeralda creates a vibrant world in which two dancers interact in a sensory performance. The sound, the movement and the bodies merge together, culminating in wave-like patterns. This trio performance mingles sound, bodies, dances and trances, and reminds us that we are at one with nature.
