Zhanna Kadyrova: Strategic Locations

In this new exhibition, the artist presents a series of works that delve into the reality of the conflict in Ukraine, which has transformed the daily lives of its inhabitants into a landscape of destruction. The Russian military offensive and its consequences occupy a central place in the thinking of Kadyrova, who, since 2022, has decided to considerably limit her international projects in order to remain at the heart of events and on the ground. Her works resonate with the collective experience of Ukrainians, crossing testimonies of a war that continues to impact Ukraine and Europe, while celebrating the strength of human resistance and the persistence of life.
