The exhibition “My Nature” features a selection of Zdeněk Sýkora’s works. Here, part of his oeuvre is on view in a new context: highlights are Sýkora’s photos from the first half of the 1940s, from the early days of his artistic career, exhibited in association with paintings; some less-known Cubist paintings from the 1940s, and a few Post-Impressionist landscapes from the 1950s. The pieces were selected for the occasion by Lenka Sýkorová, Zdeněk Sýkora’s wife and the co-maker of many of his works. Along with his famous structures and lines, some of his painted landscapes are also on display.
