Candido Portinari: Série Bíblica e Retirantes

The complete Biblical series, with eight works alongside three of the five articles of the series “Retirantes” are now displayed in the Level -2.

The set covers the period in which the social protest marked the painting of Candido Portinari, which reflects the situation in Brazil in tow the calamities of war that affected many European painters.
