Gokula Stoffel: Anxious Madonna

Gokula Stoffel (Porto Alegre, 1988) lives and works in São Paulo and this is her first solo show.
Stoffel presents here bi- and tri-dimensional paintings, structures on aluminum, steel and concrete supporting a set of oil paintings on nylon. “Anxious Madonna” migrates from canvas to plastic, alluding to the feminine in an oblique manner.
